Because digital access is immediate upon purchasing a subscription to the Toolkit, there are no refunds for purchases of subscriptions.
Subscription Policy
Toolkit subscriptions are for one user only. Logins and passwords are not to be shared with others. If you are interested in group rates for subscriptions, please contact studentleadershipcompetencies@gmail.com. The group rate is 10% off each subscription when 3 or more are purchased.
Subscriptions are also non-transferable.
Payment Policy
Online transactions for badges will incur a 3% credit card fee.
Copyright Policies
Digital Resources: All digital resources and information posted on the www.studentleadershipcompetencies.com website are copyrighted through LeadU, LLC. Please ensure the proper citation to any content referenced from any resource or portion of this website. Per copyright law, the single sign-on access subscription permits the use of one copy of each resource that may be printed or saved on one device. No copies of resources, information, or tools accessed through the Toolkit may be photocopied to share or digitally distributed.
Student Leadership Competencies Logo and Name: The Student Leadership Competencies logo is not to be used without written permission from LeadU, LLC. Permission may be requested by emailing studentleadershipcompetencies@gmail.com. The name, Student Leadership Competencies, is federally trademarked (R).
Badges and Icons: Student Leadership Competencies badge images (in whole or part) are not to be used in any print or digital marketing. Icons may be used when the Toolkit is purchased or when granted authority by LeadU, LLC.
Use of Evaluation Measurements
Aside from the results page, no portion of the SLC Inventory or the SLC 360 evaluation may be printed for distribution. In addition, the wording of all measurements included in the above evaluations is copyrighted and may not be used in whole, or in part, for any purpose including designing in-house assessments.
Contents of the Toolkit
Resources and tools offered in the Toolkit may be changed without notice. Resources and/or tools may be added, deleted, or edited at any time.
